Yes. Help Scout’s pricing page includes a Free plan, and it lists 5 users, 1 Inbox, and 1 Docs site as included. The page also presents a Monthly/Annual toggle for the paid plans, so teams can move from free to paid when they need more capacity. If you only need the basics, the Free plan is the simplest way to start.
