Yes. Swetrix says you can try the product free for 14 days. The pricing page also says a payment method is required to start the trial, but you can cancel anytime before it ends. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

The hosted cloud version does not currently offer a free plan. Swetrix says it is funded by subscribers, so the subscription fee helps cover operating costs. If you want a no-cost option, the company offers an open-source Community Edition that you can self-host on your own infrastructure for free.

Swetrix says it will not stop counting your data if you exceed your plan limit. However, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan to keep access to your stats. The company also says it will email you if you come close to or exceed your limit, and it will not restrict the dashboard for a small spike.
