Chloe AI usage

Included access on all Close plans; additional work uses AI credits

Chloe access is free on all Close plans, but you only pay for the work Chloe does through AI credits in Close, plus Telephony. Each plan includes a base of credits monthly automatically, and additional usage can be added as needed.

Calling and SMS usage

Usage-based; passed through at cost

Calling and SMS are charged separately from the base plan. Close says most outbound calls cost around $0.02/minute, and phone numbers start at about $1/month.

Additional organizations
